Beginner Handstand Classes
In this class, we will be covering the foundation of the wall handstand, teaching you how to prepare yourself for the pose, move towards the wall, kick up to the wall, and come off the wall safely. The session may also include wall drills, touching generally on re-balancing, but the focus will be on getting used to being inverted on the wall.
This class is designed for beginners and those who have never done handstands before.
