Morning Wake-Up Classes
This is a class for people who want to wake their body up lightly and gradually in the morning. Well start with a warm-up routine then go through some simple movements and mobility work to further awaken the body.
Movements that test our coordination, balance, rhythm, awareness, and body control may also be part of the routine. Lastly, we’ll practice shaking and stillness to end the class. At the beginning, you may find that some of the movements are a bit weird but trust us, there’s a purpose to all that, which will enable you to reap great benefits in the long run.
Open to everyone who’s had sleep the night before.
- Phone, tablet or laptop to use the Zoom app—preferably with a speaker and fully charged for an uninterrupted experience

- Water to keep you hydrated
- Cleared-out floor space to move freely
- Small tennis balls or massage balls
