Strength Pilates Classes
It’s a unique approach to Pilates Mat Work, which emphasizes full-body strength development. The exercise routine will be held for six (6) weeks to ensure that participants develop proficiency and build strength optimally.
Through the class, you’ll not only develop your core strength and overall flexibility, but also sharpen your body-mind coordination by learning body awareness and better muscle activation.

A multi-level class wherein modifications are made if the exercises prove to be too advanced for you.
