Stretch and Tone Classes
A low impact, low-intensity workout that will tone your muscles, increase your range of motion and flexibility, and help you relieve stress. Through a series of stretching and toning exercises, participants will develop breathing techniques that nicely complement this resistance training workout.
This is a beginner-level class best suited for exercise newbies or those who haven’t done any type of exercise for a while. The exercises will be done by rounds, and the repetitions can be scaled to the individual’s level and needs. Exercise progressions and regressions will also be given to reap the maximum benefits of the session.
