Bodyweight Fundamentals Burn Classes

In this class, we will be focusing on fat-burning through bodyweight exercises. Expect a high-intensity interval training targeting the entire body to maximize fat-loss results. Don’t worry if you have knee pains or are uncomfortable with high-impact movements because most of the exercises can be regressed to low-impact movements to suit your level and everyone else’s.

The session is composed of two main rounds, which consists of three different movements, with each round repeating for three sets. The movements will be taught step-by-step in the first round to ensure that you’re doing it right and safely, too.

Class Level

The class will be conducted at multiple levels, benefiting everyone from newbies to home workouts to seasoned athletes who wish to do back-to-back classes. The exercises are time-based therefore, the repetitions can be scaled to the individual’s level and needs. Exercise progressions and regressions will also be given to reap the maximum benefits of the session.

  • Phone, tablet or laptop to use the Zoom app—preferably with a speaker and fully charged for an uninterrupted experience

  • Chair
  • Towel
  • Water to keep you hydrated
