Deep Stretch Classes
A four-part class series—including upper body, lower body, hips, and backbend exercises—aimed at increasing mobility and flexibility in areas impacted by long periods of sitting. The 60-minute session has incredibly therapeutic benefits for people from all walks of life, regardless if you lead an active or sedentary lifestyle.
The exercises target different muscle groups we use throughout the day—be it for walking, standing, sitting, or performing more dynamic forward or sideward movements when playing sports. The goal here is to help you reclaim a life filled with abundance and enjoyment with unrestrained movement.
Having sufficient flexibility and ample strength are key to healthy functional movements. You need a wide range of motion in your limbs, whether you practice Pilates, calisthenics, CrossFit, weight lifting at the gym.
The class will be conducted at multiple levels, benefiting everyone from newbies to home workouts to seasoned athletes who wish to do back-to-back classes. The exercises are time-based therefore, the repetitions can be scaled to the individual’s level and needs. Exercise progressions and regressions will also be given to reap the maximum benefits of the session.
